Earned Legacy is operated by Triple J’s LLC. This page explains how this storefront uses the information you choose to share.

Launch-list signups

If you join the launch list, we save your email address, your selected collection interest, the time you consented, and the signup date. We use these details to manage the launch list and send the launch updates you requested. Signing up does not place an order.

Saved designs

Saved designs and your shopping bag are stored in your browser on this device. They do not create an account or sync between devices. You can remove a saved design using its heart button or clear this website’s browser storage.

Orders and checkout

When ordering opens, Stripe processes payments on its secure checkout page. We save your selected products and sizes, order status, email address, and shipping details so Triple J’s LLC can make and ship your order and provide support. We do not receive or store payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

Custom design requests

When you upload artwork or submit a custom request, we save the logo files, design placements, requested sizes and colors, quantities, contact details, notes, quote, and request status so we can review and fulfill your request. A browser cookie connects your uploaded files to your request. Saved custom drafts stay on your device until submitted. Uploading artwork does not subscribe you to marketing.

Your submitted request has a private link. Anyone with that link can see its designs and artwork, so keep it private. The authorized store owner can review the request and download its artwork. We do not send a confirmation email automatically. Contact us to request deletion of unused uploads or requests.

Access and hosting

Launch-list records and collection payment records are available through the authorized owner area. Custom request details are also available through their private request links. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to operate and protect the site.

You can request removal from the launch list or ask about your information by contacting hello@getcomfortshift.com. Please use the email address you signed up with.
